TIME

Returns and exchanges must be received by Verucor within 30 days from the day your order shipped.

METHOD

Returns and exchanges are customer-initiated; Verucor doesn't offer return shipping labels.

REFUNDS

In order for you to receive a refund back to your original payment method, Verucor must receive the item you are returning within 30 days from the day your order shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, items that are in damaged/worn condition are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

In order for you to exchange an item, Verucor must receive that item within 30 days from the day your order shipped. Items that are in damaged/worn condition are non-exchangeable.

EXCEPTIONS
